Refund policy

You have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.  We are doing our best to keep it under 40 bucks WITH shipping which is quite costly.   Returns means we take a full loss on the shipping out to you, so please consider... we ain't Amazon ;) 

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused.  We inspect each one before it goes out as well as giving tips on the FAQ page to make sure things go well with your new buddy.  We are responsive and happy to try to resolve any issue.  If still need to return, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
To exchange for a different color, contact us directly and we will work with you to get what you want, however we can only offer outgoing Free Shipping and packing one time. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
